Australian eCommerce / Website Build + Meta Ads
Taking a premium men's hair care brand from vision to sales.
Built the Shopify website and ran full Meta ads management for Ace Hair Care, a premium men's hair care and styling brand. Widened their customer base and boosted revenue and profit margins through paid media. Account restructure, audience architecture, creative briefing, and CAPI setup.
A premium website for a premium surfaces business.
Custom-coded website built from scratch for Clear Lux Coatings, premium resin bound recycled glass surfaces manufactured in Melbourne and installed across the city's finest homes. Mobile-first, fast, with a project gallery, contact form, click-to-call, and Google Business Profile setup.
Exterior Corp came to us as an established business with real capability but no digital presence. The goal was simple: start generating enquiries from builders, developers and homeowners across Melbourne. We built a full custom WordPress theme from scratch, dark and industrial, designed to look like a business that has been doing this for 30 years, because the team has.
Five specialist service areas, each with its own page, scope breakdown and dedicated rep contact block, so enquiries land with the right person immediately
A site-wide quote modal on every page, plus a 16-project gallery driven by ACF so the client adds new work without touching code
Interactive colour swatches on the Decorative Finishes page and a before and after photo gallery
Three WPForms integrations with conditional notifications routing each submission to the relevant team member based on service selected
The result is a 10-page site that works as both a credibility asset and a lead generation tool, built to hand off cleanly and scale as the business grows.
Rose Street Law is a boutique Australian firm with a clear point of difference: they are human first. Their old site was not communicating any of that. Like a lot of professional service websites it felt formal and a little generic, blending in when it needed to stand out.
The brief came down to one idea: build a website that makes the right person feel safe enough to take the first step
Calm over complexity, warmth over authority, clarity over credential-stacking. Every page guides rather than overwhelms
Soft warm neutrals instead of the coldness a traditional law firm palette carries, with generous whitespace for breathing room
Typography balancing elegance with readability, and copy written to build trust rather than list services
The most checkable thing on this page
Scope grew mid-build from four service pages to five, and the fixed price held.
Someone visiting now gets an accurate, warm and reassuring first impression of the firm before they have picked up the phone.
A streetwear store rebuilt around how people actually shop: on a phone, in a hurry, with a competitor's tab already open. Product, collection and checkout paths were restructured around the buying path rather than the brand's internal categories.
Real clients, named, with the live site linked on every card. Nothing on this page is a mock-up or a template dressed up as a case study. Click through and check any of them.
What happened with Rose Street Law's scope changing mid-build?
The brief grew from four service pages to five partway through the build. The fixed price agreed at the start held anyway. That is the point of quoting a fixed price rather than an hourly rate: the risk of scope creep sits with Healey Commerce, not the client.
What does requesting full detail get me?
The full brief for that build: what the client came in with, what was scoped, what it cost, how long it took, and what we would do differently. Sent as a document, no call required unless you want one.
Can you show me something in my industry?
Between trades, professional services and eCommerce, most businesses are close to one of these. Ask on the teardown call and Regan will walk you through whichever build is most relevant, live and screen-shared.
Your build is next.
Start with the teardown: your named competitors' live Meta ads, how many they are running, and the one thing they are doing that you are not.
