Meta ads for Shopify stores, checked every single day.
Most accounts get opened about as often as a smoke alarm gets tested. Yours gets pixel and CAPI health, catalogue feed, pacing and creative fatigue checked every day it runs. From $1,200 a month, price published, month to month.
Get your free teardown
Regan looks at every one personally. A plain read of your pixel, CAPI and catalogue setup, recorded and sent within 48 hours. No call required first.
What the teardown actually gets you
No case study, because there is not one yet. Judge the teardown itself instead. This is exactly what arrives in your inbox, whether or not you go any further.
- A plain report on what your Pixel and Conversions API are actually tracking, right now, not what Meta's dashboard claims
- Your live campaign structure mapped out, so you know exactly what is running and why, without guessing
- The one thing your account is quietly doing that wastes spend, named specifically, not a generic checklist
- A straight answer on whether $1,200/mo management makes sense for your numbers, including if the answer is no
- Delivered as a recorded video within 48 hours. No discovery call required to get it
Four numbers, all of them checkable
No stacked dollar value, no client count. These are the commitments you can hold us to, and every one of them is something you can verify once you are working together.
- Daily How often your account gets checked. Not monthly, not "whenever something looks off".
- $1,200 Where management starts, per month, flat. Published here, not quoted on a call.
- 1 day Turnaround on your Pixel and CAPI health report, from the day you sign.
- 5 days How long until your structure is built and walked through with you, before anything goes live.
Under $2,500 a month on Meta? Read this before you fill in the form.
A flat monthly fee at that level eats too much of a smaller budget, and the maths does not work in your favour. Take the $590 Ad Account Rescue instead: a one-off fix to your pixel, CAPI and one campaign, no monthly commitment. Come back to management once spend has grown.
See the $590 Ad Account RescueA big agency, a freelancer, or this
A big agency genuinely beats us on one thing: proof. Years of case studies and client logos. Here is the rest of it, stated plainly.
| A big agency | A freelancer | Healey Commerce | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Case studies and proof | Years of client logos and results, if you can get past the account manager to see them | A portfolio, if they have kept one up to date | None yet. Judge the teardown instead of a testimonial |
| Who checks your account daily | A junior on the account, if anyone that day | Whoever has time that week | The same person, every day, named: Regan |
| Pricing | A percentage of ad spend, or a quote after a call | Whatever gets negotiated | $1,200/mo flat, published on this page |
| Contract length | Often six to twelve months | Usually none, but no structure either | Month to month, no minimum term |
Here is what is actually true instead
Nothing lifted, nothing invented. A named operator, a real partnership, and three named builds you can go and look at.
The first 14 days, dated
This is the strongest part of the whole process and it usually lives nowhere on a website. Here is exactly what happens, day by day, from the day you sign to the day you get real numbers.
-
Day 0
Kickoff and access
You sign, we send one thing back: a one-click Business Manager partner link and a two-minute video showing exactly what to click. No support ticket back and forth, no meeting just to grant access.
-
Day 1
Pixel and CAPI health check
Your Pixel and Conversions API get checked before anything else is built. You get a plain report on what is tracking correctly and what is not, fixed or flagged, before a dollar of new spend goes out.
-
Day 2-3
Launch ads drafted
Your launch set gets built from the product photos already on your store: 6 ads on Account Foundation, 10 on Full Account Management. No shoot, no new assets required to start.
-
Day 4-5
Campaigns built
Structure gets built in Ads Manager and walked through with you on a short screen recording, not a document you have to interpret on your own.
-
Day 6-7
Live
Campaigns go live. Real spend starts.
-
Day 8-10
First real data
The first read of actual platform numbers: CTR, CPM, delivery signals. This is the point where "ads produce data in days" stops being a line on a landing page and becomes something you can see.
-
Day 11-12
First optimisation pass
One concrete change gets made off the early signal, and explained to you, not buried in a report you have to go looking for.
-
Day 13-14
The Day 14 Proof Snapshot
A dated, honest read of the first two weeks: spend to date, CTR and CPM against benchmark, learning phase status, and the single most important thing the data shows. No promised result, just the first thing in the process that is not a promise either.
What actually happens inside the account
Six things, running from the day you sign. Nothing here is a placeholder for a call to find out what you get.
Daily account checks
Pacing, spend and delivery looked at every day the account runs. Not once a month.
Pixel and CAPI health
Your tracking checked and fixed before it quietly breaks the data you make decisions on.
Catalogue and dynamic product ads
Your product feed kept clean, so dynamic ads show the right item, in stock, at the right price.
Ads made for you, every month
5 new ads a month on Account Foundation, 11 on Full Account Management, built from your store photos and a 10-minute phone shot list. No shoot needed.
Peak trading planning
Stable and out of learning phase before BFCM, EOFY and Christmas, not stabilised mid panic during them.
Plain-English reporting
Sent on the day agreed, in language you can act on, not a dashboard export you have to interpret.
What gets checked, on repeat
The Daily Coverage framework
Call it a framework if you like. It is four things done properly and five things watched every day, whether or not anyone asks about it.
Daily coverage
Someone opens the account every day it is live. Not once a month, not when something looks off.
Flat monthly fee
$1,200 a month, published on this page. No percentage of your spend, ever.
Conduct guarantee
The guarantee covers how the account is run. Not a result. Not a number. Ever.
Full handover
Every account, structure and file stays yours. If you ever leave, you leave with all of it.
Five things this covers every single day it runs, whatever else is on.
The terms, published
No quote required to see these. They are the same for every store, and every one of them is on the contract.
- $2,500 Minimum monthly Meta spend for flat management to make the maths work.
- 0 Months of minimum term. It runs month to month from the start, and you can end it by email any time.
- 48 hours For the teardown to land in your inbox. No call required first.
- 12 The cap on total clients taken on, so no account gets starved of attention.
Every automated action taken on your account — a paused ad, a budget adjustment — is logged in plain English and sent to you within 7 days of it happening. If an automated change is ever made and not logged to you, that month is free.
It is clause three of the Conduct Guarantee, on the contract, worded exactly as it is here. The guarantee covers conduct only. Nothing on this page promises you a return, because nobody can.
Questions eCommerce founders actually ask
I already have an agency, or someone running my ads. Can I switch?
Yes. Access moves over on a one-click Business Manager partner link, the same one used for a fresh start, and nothing about your pixel, your audiences or your past learning data needs to be rebuilt from zero. The account keeps running while access changes hands, not the other way around.
Do I need a photo shoot before we start?
No. Your launch ads are built from the product photography already on your store. After that, each month you get a short shot list to film on your phone, about 10 minutes of work, and we edit it into finished ads. If no footage arrives that month, the videos are made from your product photos instead and you still get the full count. No shoot, no studio, no travel.
Black Friday is coming. Is now a bad time to start?
It is the opposite. Meta's algorithm has to relearn your account every time something changes, and that learning phase happens whether you start in September or in the week before Black Friday. Starting now means the account is stable and out of learning before the biggest spend week of the year, not mid-panic during it.
My margins are thin. Does this still make sense for me?
Maybe not yet, and we would rather say that than take your fee anyway. A flat monthly management fee only makes sense once your margin has room to absorb it. Below roughly 40 percent margin, or under the $2,500/mo spend floor, the maths usually does not work in your favour. We will tell you plainly in the teardown if that is where you sit.
Is my Shopify store already tracking correctly?
Possibly not, and most stores do not know either way. A theme update, a cookie consent change, or a conflicting tracking app is enough to quietly break Pixel and Conversions API matching without throwing an error anywhere you would see it. Day 1 of working together is a plain report on exactly what is tracking and what is not, before a dollar of new spend goes out.
What if my Meta spend is under $2,500 a month?
Then flat monthly management is not the right fit yet. A fee at that level eats too much of a smaller budget and the maths does not work in your favour. Take the $590 Ad Account Rescue instead, a one-off fix to your pixel, CAPI and one campaign, and come back to management once spend has grown.
