Roughly what do you spend on Meta each month?
Ad spend, not what you pay anyone to run it. A ballpark is fine.
Who’s running the account right now?
No wrong answer. It changes what I look at first.
What’s actually bugging you about it?
Pick the one that stings most.
Where should I send it?
Last step. Regan reads every one personally.
No spam, no drip sequence. The teardown lands in your inbox within 48 hours.
That’s it — it’s with me
Based on your answers, here’s what I’ll look at first.
Straight answer: monthly management isn’t right for you yet
Under $2,500 a month on Meta, a flat management fee eats too much of your budget. I’d rather say so now than take the fee anyway. The $590 Ad Account Rescue is the right size instead — a one-off fix to your Pixel, CAPI and one campaign.
- “You’ve got no case studies.” Correct — none, and I won’t invent one. Judge the teardown instead: 15 minutes of research on your actual market, sent before you’ve paid a dollar.
- “Why wouldn’t I use a big agency?” You could. The honest trade-off: at your revenue you’re usually the smallest account on their books, run by whoever’s newest. Here you’re one of twelve, opened every day.
- “I can run them myself.” Plenty of founders do, and well. What breaks isn’t the strategy — it’s the daily maintenance competing with running the rest of the business. That’s the bit I take.

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them
- Answer four questions Spend, who’s running it, what’s bugging you, where to send it. No call to book. 30 seconds
- I do the work Competitors’ live ads pulled, Pixel and CAPI checked, the one budget leak named. Recorded, not written. Within 48 hours
- We talk it through One call, only if you want it. The price gets said out loud on that call, not emailed in a deck. Your call, literally
- If it fits, we start Account built, campaigns live inside a week, and it’s opened every day from then on. $1,200/mo flat
The bit most agencies won’t put on paper
Five checks, every day the account runs — not monthly, and not whenever someone remembers. That cadence is the whole product, which is why the clause below exists.
Every automated action taken on your account — a paused ad, a budget adjustment — is logged in plain English and sent to you within 7 days of it happening. If an automated change is ever made and not logged to you, that month is free.
Word for word from the agreement. There are five clauses like it, covering reply times, reporting, work performed and how you exit — all about how I behave. None of them promise you a return, because nobody can promise that honestly.
The questions I actually get
What exactly turns up in the teardown?
A short recorded walkthrough: your named competitors’ live Meta ads from the public Ad Library (how many, what angles, how long they have run), a plain read of what your Pixel and Conversions API are actually tracking, and the single biggest thing wasting spend. Plus a straight answer on whether paying me makes sense for your numbers.
I already have someone running my ads. Can I switch?
Yes. Access moves on a one-click Business Manager partner link, and nothing about your pixel, audiences or learning data gets rebuilt from zero. The account keeps running while access changes hands, not the other way around.
Is a robot going to run my account?
Automation does production work — sweeping accounts, drafting, pulling reports. Every decision that moves your money is mine. And every automated action is logged to you in plain English within 7 days, as an enforceable clause of the agreement.
What if I spend less than $2,500 a month?
Then monthly management is not the right fit yet — the fee would eat too much of your budget. Take the $590 Ad Account Rescue instead: a one-off fix to your Pixel, CAPI and one campaign, with no monthly commitment. Come back to management once spend has grown.
Black Friday is close. Is now a bad time to start?
The opposite. Meta relearns your account whenever something material changes, and that learning phase happens whether you start in September or the week before the sale. Starting now means the account is stable and out of learning before your biggest spend week, not stabilising mid-panic during it.
Four questions. Thirty seconds.
Your competitors’ live ads, your tracking checked, and the one thing burning budget — free, in 48 hours, and yours either way.
